Memories From The Trip to The Amalfi Coast (part2)

The next day we took the car for a trip around the coast. It was a beautiful sunny day. All I know was that we were driving on the side of a mountain, on our left was the rock wall, and on our right was the Mediterranean Sea. Kinda like those exotic mountain tracks in the car race video games. Raymond was so excited to show me the wonders of the land, letting me know the reason why he picked The Amalfi Coast as his special place to tie the knot.

One of the signature of the Amalfi Coast is their Granita di Limone, or Lemon Granita, or simply Lemonade. Basically it’s just squeezed lemon juice with crushed ice and a little bit of sugar. But boy, have you look at the size of that lemon? It really is huge. And the people of Amalfi pride themselves with their lemons. They taste remarkably fresh and unique. Not to sour, but with enough punch to make that distinctive taste. I can’t get enough of them. I think I have three glasses on that little break.

This is Toby. Toby was really curious to see us. Not many Indonesians come through here, he said 🙂
