It’s February 14th.

Today, a friend’s brother’s girlfriend for two years, whom he loves so deeply, was buried in her final resting place. She died from a concussion on a motorcycle accident yesterday. She was 22.

I could not begin to fathom the pain.

Love is not only chocolates or candle light dinners or diamonds.

Would you still love him if he lost his wealth? His humour? His leg? What if she got into huge debts? Got cancer? Had an affair?

It’s all difficult questions.

Listen, I don’t want to ruin your day of celebration of love, but just maybe we can all learn to love someone for all the right reasons.
