One day, while I was lying on the bed playing with my phone, Francy asked this to me:

“Do you think nowadays you hold your phone more than you hold my hand?”

I felt a lighting struck me right in the chest.

It’s a fair question.

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Path, and BBM, now have been our companion and our first getaway and our zone of comfort, instead of this person that we are with and her words and her thoughts and the touch of her skin.

Would an object made in a factory in China be a suitable replacement for her hands?

It would not.

And with that, I repent.

And you. What if I asked you the same thing?
