I met Razi a couple of times in Indonesia Mengajar headquarter. He’s this very nice, good looking, fresh vibed young gentleman, who happens to be the chief technologist of the IM movement. If it’s digital and social, he’s the man they go to.

He just wrote a post about our trip. Excerpt:

They are making the trip with the specific aim to improve their photo journalistic capabilities, but possibly unbeknownst to them they are about to embark on a learning curve that will unlock the untapped reserves of their creative potential.

What does this planned sabbatical have to do with their business operations and their day to day job? Probably nothing.

What does it have to do with the success of their business and their careers? Almost everything.
